The Pacifica Police Department Sign is approximately ten feet in length and four feet in height. Fabricated in solid California Sierra Grey Granite, it is designed with a bold but simple look. Deep cut lettering with a permanent dye gives it unsurpassed qualities of clarity and legibility at all angles and great distances. Located on Highway 1 in front of the Pacifica Police Station, approximately one mile east of the coast, it was fabricated to withstand the ravages of weather and the salt air (it replaces a wooden sign that only lasted two years).
