Portola Discovery Site of San Francisco
		Located on top of Sweeney Ridge in San Francisco's watershed area, this special dedication plaque is located on the actual discovery site of San Francisco Bay by Spanish Explorer, Portola. A 360 degree dark granite column sitting a top a hand hewn granite monolith depicts and indicates each scene that the visitor is looking at.
