The Sean Merriman Caltrans Memorial is fabricated from a three ton natural granite boulder that we sawed and surfaced smooth. A bronze memorial plaque is set into the rock, flanked by engravings of the Fallen Highway Workers cone insignia and the Caltrans logo.
