The granite plaque for the 2007 San Francisco Academy Lateral Class was specially fabricated of Imperial Black Granite. All engraving was done in a permanent light dye, with the exception of the badge. The San Francisco police badge was engraved and applied directly with pure 23-karat gold. The approximate size of this plaque, 28 inches wide by 32 inches tall, will stand as a testament in perpetuity to this graduating class. Designed, fabricated and engraved at V. Fontana & Co.
